The window chatoptions .....
why do you need it and how does it work?
If you are in a chatroom of Omni-Chat, you can fill in the chatoptions as you wish.
Where do you find the chatoptions of Omni-Chat?
You can find the chatoptions on two different places:

2. If you're in a chatroom, you can click the button "Chatoptions"
as show below:

After clicking the button, the following will appear on your screen:

Please fill in as you wish.

My message format:
Here you can choose how you want to display your text. You
can specify how you want to display text. The font, the
color and the style are adjustable.

My display: 1.
The fontsize: Select: small, medium or large. 2.
Turn of all text formatting, if you prefer the text in one
color. 3. If you do not wish to chat with someone
separate (= whisper), place a tick in the cel : Turn of
all new whispers.
4. Place a tick in the cel if you want to show the whisper
in a seperate window. 5. Place a tick in the cel if you
want to turn of all invitations. 6. Delete the tick in
the cell if you don't want to display any messages with
url's. 7. Delete the tick in the cell if you don't want
to see emoticons in the messages.

Event Notifications: 1. If you
don't want the notice "chatter has joined the conversation",
delete the tick in the cell. 2. If you don't want the
notice "chatter has left the conversation", delete the tick
in the cell. 3. If you don't want the notice "chatter has
been marked as away", delete by the tick in the cell. If a
person is marked as away, he/she will nog join the
conversation for a period of time. 4. For every event you
can choose other sounds. Click on the button "Sounds..." for changing the soundpreferences.
Then click the tab "Sounds" as shown by the red arrow below.
By moving the bar you can go to the option MSN Chat. By hitting the
button "Browse", you can choose your own sounds per event.
You can also find possibilities to adjust the sound via
configurationpanel of your computer, under the subject
"Sounds".
Click on "OK" to
save your preferences..
