Help  I've lost my password ..... and now?

Forgotten your password.

In case you do not remember your password, you may contact Omni-Chat for a new password. To do this you first youfirst go to the homepage of you can click  ►  here ◄.

If you have forgotten your password, click as the red arrow shows. The next screen will appear:
 

Above you see an example how to fill in the form. Click on "Request new password" to proceed or click on "Empty" to start over again. If you click on the left button, you get this on your screen:

The email is automatically sent to the inbox, belonging to the email address which you are registered at Omni-Chat. Also, check the box: junk mail, or see if the message is in the spam filter. The email looks like this:

You can now return to the homepage of Omni-Chat and log in with your nick name and password as indicated in your email. You can copy and paste the password, but you can type it over too.Once you're logged in, you can change your password via your profile .
